Jakub Zámyslický is joining us as a Senior Associate

It is our great pleasure to welcome a significant new addition to our legal team at Konečná & Zacha. Jakub Zámyslický is joining us as a Senior Associate and will provide our clients with legal solutions and services primarily in the real estate sector.Jakub has more than sixteen years of experience in legal practice and has focused on real estate and transactions since the very beginning of his career. His most notable recent matters include representing a state-owned transport operator in real estate transactions, including the sale of extensive brownfield sites in prime locations in Prague. Advising a company on the preparation of a project to redevelop the northern part of the Prague–Bubny development area, providing counsel on the sale of large-scale real estate portfolios and advising on real estate development projects across residential, office, and retail segments.Together with Konečná & Zacha real estate team, Jakub is looking forward to many new projects and challenges. We will jointly deliver solutions that combine in-depth legal expertise with strong market insight to create tangible value for our clients.
