WHAT ARE COOKIES

WHAT WE USE

Necessary storage

The website itself does not set any cookies. To remember whether you have accepted or declined analytics cookies, we store your choice in your browser’s local storage under the key “akkz-cookie-consent”. The record contains only your choice and its date, is not sent to us or to any third party, and is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again. This storage is necessary to respect your choice and does not require consent.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

If you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to obtain aggregated statistics about how visitors use our website (for example which pages are visited and from which type of device). Until you consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all and no data is sent to Google. The following cookies are then set:

  • _ga — distinguishes visitors; expires after 2 years;
  • _ga_<ID> — maintains the state of the visit; expires after 2 years.

We do not use Google Analytics for advertising: advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are permanently switched off. We do not use any marketing or social media cookies. Google may process the data also on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, where the transfer is covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. LEGAL BASIS

Analytics cookies are used solely on the basis of your consent pursuant to Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Giving consent is voluntary and declining it does not limit your use of the website in any way.

HOW TO CHANGE OR WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

You can change your choice at any time:

  • by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page and choosing “Decline” — measurement stops immediately and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser;
  • by deleting or blocking cookies in your browser settings;
  • by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
