The Constitutional Court abolished so called the second restitution dot
In a decision rendered on June 19, 2018 the Constitutional Court decided in favour of the proposal on the protection of the persons involved in the restitution administrative proceedings, that have not yet been closed. The Constitutional Court dealt with the so called “second restitution ending“, which is package of laws adopted with the aim to speed up the finishing of the restitution process. This package should help to accelerate the process of unfinished restitutions, but The Constitutional Court argued, that these laws created unfair conditions for individual persons involved in the restitution process, by favouring those, whose restitution claims have already been satisfied.
