Successfull acquisition for Panattoni

We are happy to inform about having advised and provided complex legal services to Panattoni Czech Republic Development s.r.o. on the successful acquisition of development grounds in Plzeň, where a premium industrial development is to be built. Our team led by Tomáš Zacha provided them with services such as due diligence, structuring of the acquisition, completion of transaction documents. We have also conducted negotiations with the seller of the property, as well as with the investor on the acquisition of the project.
