Martina Tatíčková graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague. She is registered with the Czech Bar Association. Martina is an associate cooperating with the Prague-based office. She speaks Czech and English.
During her practice Martina has been advising in various areas of civil, commercial and administrative law. She gained extensive and significant experience namely in Banking and Financing, Real Estate and M&A. Martina has been advising banks and other financial institutions as well as investors with project, acquisition and real estate financing. Martina regurarly represents our clients also in acquisitions namely in real estate and industry.
