Julie Haluzová graduated from Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Law. She also studied at Université de Bourgogne in France under the Erasmus+ program, focusing mainly on international and European law. Julie is an Attorney at Law cooperating with the Prague branch office, registered in the Register of Attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. She speaks Czech, English, and French.
Julie focuses mainly on real estate, banking & finance, corporate, M&A, and personal data protection. In addition, she is also participating in providing complex legal services to owners of retail centers and office buildings (both in operation and under construction) in the Czech Republic. Julie is often responsible for negotiation and drafting lease documentation and contracts related to the construction and financing of various real estate projects. As a part of her work for clients, she also provides legal advice on regulatory issues, especially in areas where the Czech National Bank exercises supervision
