Chosen provisions of the amendment to the Commercial Code

The amendment of the Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “CC”), which entered into force as of January 1, 2012, brought several important changes to business law in the Czech Republic. We would like to hereby present you with a list of the most important of these changes e.g. the possibility of limitation of liability, changes to the process of establishing a joint-stock company or changes to Art. 196a.
