Managing attorney Ľuboš Fojtík (Dispute Resolution and Regulatory) and senior attorney Tomáš Riedl (Letting and Development) have been promoted to partners of Konečná & Zacha (Prague – Czech Republic).

Ľuboš Fojtík is an expert on dispute resolution, who has joined our firm over 13 years ago and has been leading the dispute resolution team for over 8 years now. He specializes in litigation and arbitration with focus on construction and real estate cases and has advised our clients in many disputes of significant national and international importance. Ľuboš has successfully represented clients, such as Crestyl Group, City of Ostrava, Stadler Rail, Chayton Capital, Všeobecná úverová banka and many others. Ľuboš further specializes in regulatory affairs, in particular public procurement, labour law and data protection.
Tomáš Riedl is our leading expert in real estate law, in particular in leasing of shopping malls, retail parks and administrative buildings (including the currently largest mixed-use project in central Prague), build-to-suit leases prevalently for logistics or industrial operators and further focuses on matters related to development, including contracts for works. Tomáš has been with our firm for over 10 years and is responsible for the major part of our development projects.
