Radka Konečná is the founding partner of the Konečná & Zacha network of law firms. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and the Faculty of Economics at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. She speaks Czech, English, Slovak and Russian and is also proficient in German.
She is an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association and the Slovak Bar Association and is also registered as a foreign attorney with the bar associations in Bulgaria and Romania.
Radka also acts as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, where she is regularly appointed as chair of arbitral tribunals, particularly in disputes relating to investments, construction and related sectors.
She specializes in corporate law, real estate and mergers and acquisitions and has long been regarded as one of the leading experts in her field. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, representing both sellers and buyers.
She advises clients on the structuring of cross-border transactions and brings in-depth knowledge of tax and regulatory aspects in Central and Eastern Europe, which is highly valued particularly in international projects.
Within the firm, she heads the real estate and investments practice across all Konečná & Zacha offices. She has been recommended by Chambers and Partners as a leading individual in real estate law for 19 consecutive years; in the past year, she was also recognized in the area of M&A and included in Chambers Global in connection with her international practice.
Based on her consistently top-tier rankings in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, Radka received the All Stars Award in 2024 as part of the TOP Partners ranking by Euro Weekly, a one-time award granted for outstanding professional achievement over the course of a career.
